Fitness Studio Floor Manager
Job Description
• Handles employee disciplinary procedures
• Handles any issues that arise, both for customers and employees
• Inspects the facility and equipment regularly
• Responsible for regular auditing of client's assessment reports
• Responsible for Floor discipline by instructing Customers in a polite way to maintain the floor decorum
• Responsible for trainers daily reports and PT forms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
