Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top fitness talent.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to match candidates with FitClub's needs.
• Manage job postings and ensure they reflect our company culture.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified fitness professionals.
• Enhance FitClub's employer brand through industry events and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for effective recruitment.
• Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee attendance records for new hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
