Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Fit Out Executive to oversee the design, planning, and implementation of our children's entertainment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the fit-out process for new and existing locations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Oversee budget and timeline for fit-out projects
- Procure equipment and materials for installations
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Liaise with the operations team to minimize disruption during renovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years experience in commercial fit-out management
- Knowledge of children's entertainment facility design and safety requirements
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
