Responsibilities include developing new skills, resolving team issues, coaching others, analyzing complex ideas, and providing data-driven insights. You are also expected to manage viewpoints to build consensus, simplify complex messages, and uphold PwC's ethical standards.*Job Requirements and Preferences:*- *Experience:* At least 5 years - 11 years in relevant roles.
- *Preferred Fields of Study:* Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, and related fields.
- *Skills:* Proficiency in enterprise data management, Guidewire data model (Policy and Claims), data conversion from legacy systems, data migration, analytics, integration, and data warehouse design. Experience with enterprise architecture, managing technical teams, and addressing common industry issues is essential.
