Primary Skills:

Required: FSL Consultant, Service Cloud, Platform Developer certification, at least 2 E2E Salesforce Field Service Implementations (OR) Click to SFS Migrations (AND) at least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 E2E Field Service Implementations (Click Software/ IFS Clevest / Service Max / OverIT)

Responsibilities

Customize/build Salesforce Field Service application using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Web Components(LWC), APIs etc. while adhering to standard Salesforce best practices.

Configure/build enhanced functionalities in Salesforce platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.

Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.

Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the project life cycle to identify issues/defects.

Desired Skills

Must have Salesforce Development experience with APEX, VisualForce, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class, Web services/APEX

Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards

Experience developing for Salesforce Communities, Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, and hands-on experience on LWC

Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Work Type, Operating Hours & Shifts)

Strong Understanding & Ability to configure Service Rules, Objectives, Scheduling Policies, Enhanced Optimization techniques in support of Field Service business processes.

Experience installing FSL managed package, Scheduler setup and guided setup configuration.

Working knowledge of web services development using REST API etc.

Experience in Salesforce Mobility solutions and Integration with Field Service. Experience in developing web and mobile interfaces on Force.com (Apex, VisualForce and Lightning) and leveraging modern open source libraries such as React, Angular, and the surrounding ecosystem.

Data Modelling and Management, API development, and External Service Integration.

Experience in Azure DevOps process.

Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure
