(Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical)Employment: Full TimeLocation: Ahmedabad /PuneExperience: 4- 6 years in Firmware testingJob Responsibilities * Create/ Review test plans for firmware components of state-of-the-art electric vehicle. (BMS, Inverter, Charger etc.)
- Devise testing of the firmware component at unit/ module/ test bed levels
- Devise/ conduct integration testing of the software to ensure overall functioning of the software.
- Analyze/ review test results for the above components and bugs to be reported to the development team.
- Review the documentation for testing reports.
- Create testing toolchain/ infrastructure for firmware testing
- Automotive firmware testing experience.
- Experience with firmware concepts such as RTOS and bootloaders.
- Experience with ARM based processors/ micro-controllers
- Expert with embedded C, compilers, build and source code control tools
- Experience with standard embedded communication protocols; I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN
- Experience in working with safety critical systems.
- Experience with MISRA C.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN.
- Experience with testing standards for firmware testing
- Experience with toolchain for firmware testing
