Job Summary :

Seeking a senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to lead firmware development from design to maintenance. The role involves managing projects, defining requirements, and collaborating with teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Responsibilities :

• Lead firmware development (design, prototyping, testing, maintenance).
• Plan and manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
• Contribute to requirement engineering and user story preparation.
• Develop quick prototypes to assess feasibility.
• Provide cross-project support in a team environment.

Qualifications :

• Education : B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME in ECE/EE/CS/Instrumentation.
• Experience :
• 4-8 years of experience in Bare Metal/RTOS programming (C).
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development with global teams.

Key Skills :

• Expertise in Embedded C, ARM Cortex M, RTOS, Bootloaders, FOTA, security.
• Advanced knowledge in C, C++, Python, scripting (Shell), and debugging tools.
• Experience with version control (GIT), CICD, unit testing, and cloud integration (AWS, MQTT).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (USB, CAN, Ethernet).

Additional Information :

• Ideal notice period: 30 days.

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?4,000,000.00 per year
