Job Description

1. Firewall Configuration: Configure, deploy, and maintain firewall devices, such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or other relevant firewall solutions. Ensure the security policies are implemented effectively and aligned with the organization\'s security standards. 2. Security Policy Management: Manage and update firewall policies and rules to ensure the network is protected from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Regularly review and optimize rule sets for efficiency and security. 3. Manage and configure: IPsec Tunnel creation and troubleshooting, IDS/IPS policy based on threat traffic and ensure no malicious traffic are allowed. 4. Incident Response: Assist in incident response activities related to network security incidents. Investigate and analyse security breaches or incidents and recommend corrective actions. 5. Firewall Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and tune firewall performance to optimize throughput and minimize latency while maintaining security. 6. Email Security : Should be able to manage the email security gateway ( mimecast and MS email security) 7. Patch Management: Keep firewall firmware and software up-to-date by applying patches and updates in a timely manner to mitigate known vulnerabilities. 8. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network security configurations, policies, and procedures. Create and update network diagrams and inventories. 9. Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve firewall-related issues and assist other IT teams in troubleshooting network security problems. 10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into various IT projects and initiatives. 11. Experience: 3-5+years\' experience required in Networking Security Firewall related disciplines in design, operate services.
