Job Description
- Should have experience in Firewall and security.
- Must be flexible to work outside of business hours as per business requirements
- Should have good knowledge of the infrastructure monitoring system
- Good network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols, switching.
- Perform router switch network hardware software upgrades.
- Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution.
- Experience in audits and process compliance.
- Sound understanding of Networking and Network Security Technologies.
- Hands on experience of CiscoN84\'s Routers, Switches
- Hands on experience of Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA), VPN Technologies.
- Experience in managing on Load Balancers/reverse proxy/Web application firewall (Citrix Netscaler)
- Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
