DescriptionFire Pump Room Responsibility::Ensure that all pump in working condition/Auto modeEnsure Pressure gauges are workingChecking of Gong bellCheck diesel pump engine oil condition/levelCheck diesel engine battery conditionEnsure all valves of pump room should be in open conditionEnsure diesel tank level should be 80% aboveEnsure daily checklist has to be signed by shift fire officerEnsure all First Aid and Fire Fighting Equipment\'s are serviceable 24/7Ensure fire water tank levelBeacon light should be in working condition of pumps- checkEnsure all the pumps should be leakage freeSmoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility:-Ensure all fresh air fans in auto modeEnsure all smoke exhaust fans in auto modeEnsure all pressurization fans are in auto modeEnsure all Normal Exhaust fans are in auto modeCommon Responsibility: -Conduct Evacuation drill of BuildingEmergency response plan for clients in case of any emergencyEnsure Smooth Operation of TrafficCheck Guards duties and postsPenalties for wrong parking and smoking, work with without safety &Deposition of moneyHandling of parking issuesTraining/ briefing of Guards on Fire safety and securityInspecting hot work areaChecking of PPE at the siteAttending HSE-Meelings and addressing HSE IssuesParticipating in all near miss, Incident and accident InvestigationsParticipating in emergency exercleosRequesting that all Incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventing recurrenceAttend salety community meetingsEnsure so observation completion on timeSpread safety pro\xc3\xa7edures & safety awareness across down teamALL fire line valves in open condition (hydrant line and sprinider line) to be checkedTo be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same, Bring thesame to the notice of management as required and follow engineering guidelines and Safety management systemOH&S ResponsibilityTo ensure DLF HSE Policy is understood by self and colleagues.To ensure safety management system (DLF Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OH&S procedures) is Implemented and communicated to the team.To ensure OHS objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date.To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated toconcemed employees.Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH&S related meetings.To report all incidents, NMCS, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC, SO procedures.To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc)To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.To ensure that all OH&S related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93ChandigarhIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
