Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fire Safety Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans

and procedures.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits of

facilities and Projects.

• Ensure all fire fighting equipment's (extinguishers) are

operational and regularly inspected.

2. Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire and

life safety regulations.

• Stay updated on changes in fire codes and standards and

implement necessary changes.

• Maintain documentation related to fire safety inspections,

permits, and compliance.

3. Training and Education:

• Develop and conduct fire safety training programs for

employees.

• Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises as

per instructions.

• Educate staff on fire prevention techniques and the use of

fire safety equipment.

4. Emergency Response:

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans,

including evacuation routes and procedures.

• Coordinate with local fire departments and emergency

services for efficient response during emergencies.

• Act as the primary point of contact during fire

emergencies, coordinating response efforts.

5. Maintenance and Inspection:

• Oversee the maintenance of fire protection equipment and

systems.

• Identify and rectify any Fire hazards or safety issues in a

timely manner.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit fire safety reports and documentation

to management and regulatory authorities.

• Maintain accurate records of all fire safety activities,

inspections, and incidents.

• Investigate fire incidents and prepare incident reports with

recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?600,000.00 per year
