Job Description

The Following points are required:

• Knowledge of General conditions of government contracts and correspondence to be done with department.
• Claims of duos and extra work executed has to be noted and site order book entries to be done on regular basis.
• Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
• Identification and preparation of extra items.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of material.
• Getting Approval from the Client.
• Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
• Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
• Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
• Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.
• Maintaining all important documentation as per IS0 9001 Standards.
• Other duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend.
• Candidates should be graduate in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineer with techno-commercial skills in Design, Engineering & Execution of Fire Protection, Suppression and Detection System Projects, which includes Water based Fire Protection Systems, Gas based Fire suppression Systems & Conventional Fire Alarm Systems.
• Candidates should have ability to work on BOQ after supervision of site and should be able to prepare and understand Engineering design.

The increment and bonus are based on the performance of the engineer and we encourage our officials as per their hardworking and truthfulness and workman-ship.

Any retired person from government department as a engineer will also be preferred.

SALARY PAID WOULD BE BEST IN INDUSTRY AS PER THE PROFILE OF CANDIDATE.
