The Following points are required:
- Knowledge of General conditions of government contracts and correspondence to be done with department.
- Claims of duos and extra work executed has to be noted and site order book entries to be done on regular basis.
- Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
- Identification and preparation of extra items.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of material.
- Getting Approval from the Client.
- Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
- Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
- Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
- Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.
- Maintaining all important documentation as per IS0 9001 Standards.
- Other duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend.
- Candidates should be graduate in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineer with techno-commercial skills in Design, Engineering & Execution of Fire Protection, Suppression and Detection System Projects, which includes Water based Fire Protection Systems, Gas based Fire suppression Systems & Conventional Fire Alarm Systems.
- Candidates should have ability to work on BOQ after supervision of site and should be able to prepare and understand Engineering design.
