• Conduct fire audit and inspections and multiple sites in every district including rural and urban areas, in accordance with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
• Install, replace, and upgrade fire protection equipment, components, and devices as needed to maintain functionality and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, maintenance activities, and equipment inventory using electronic databases or paper-based systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls, alarms, and emergency situations to assess and address fire protection system failures or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with fire department officials, building inspectors, and other stakeholders during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to building owners, facility managers, and occupants on fire safety procedures, evacuation routes, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Follow established safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while performing job duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicles, to promote efficiency and professionalism.
