Finishing Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all finishing work, including painting, tiling, flooring, plastering, and other fine details.
Ensure high-quality finishing standards are achieved in line with project specifications.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project teams for timely completion of finishing works.
Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• B. Tech in Civil Engineering./ Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in high rise construction projects.
