Job Title: Finishing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Finishing Engineers to join our team at the Jogeshwari site. The ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience in finishing works, with a strong background in plumbing and electrical systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the finishing aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finishing Works Supervision: Oversee the installation of finishes such as flooring, ceilings, walls, and painting.

2. Quality Control: Ensure that all finishing works meet the required quality standards and specifications.

3. Project Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling finishing works to meet project deadlines.

4. Site Coordination: Coordinate with other site teams, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, to ensure smooth execution of finishing works.

5. Material Procurement: Assist in procuring materials and equipment required for finishing works.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses related to finishing works, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.

7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

8. Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure that finishing works meet the required standards.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in a construction company.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

The salary will be based on the candidate's current salary and will be discussed during the interview process.
