• Job Responsibilities :
• Manage finishing works on high-rise buildings, residential towers, housing projects, townships, and real estate developments.
• Oversee RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) site engineering and execution.
• Ensure the timely completion of finishing works from handover to possession stage.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Generate timely and accurate reports.
