Finishing Incharge
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Incharge for our Garment manufacturing export company , Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the garment manufacturing industry and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the finishing process for mens wear , ladies wear, kids wear to ensure high-quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate finishing team activities to meet production targets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the finishing process.
• Maintain records of production and quality reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in the finishing department.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Experience:
• Total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Finishing Incharge/Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
• Garments Export Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
