Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on construction sites, including painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, and other final touches.
• Ensure that all finishing work complies with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and review detailed reports, drawings, and specifications related to finishing work.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that all finishing activities stay within budget.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures and safety protocols on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• B. E. Civil or Diploma in Civil
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
