Job Description
Job Summary We require a Site Engineer with Experience in Finishing Work for our Project in Allahabad / Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Responsibilities and Duties
- Execution of works on site as per drawings and designs, including site supervision and management of supervisors, foreman etc.
- Understanding of BOQs and Items of the Tender and estimation of quantity required of various raw materials to enable timely procurement
- Preparation of running bills and final bills
- Checking & monitoring quality of work to ensure that the work is being done as per required specifications and tender conditions
- Experience of on-site execution of civil works, complete from foundation stage to finishing works and handover
- Ability to interpret designs and drawings provided by the architects & consultants
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) to enable preparation of Bills etc.
- Some experience of AutoCAD is required so as to open designs & drawings, take measurements / dimensions and to do some basic drafting
- Atleast Diploma in Civil Engineering or proper work experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience is required
- Diploma (Preferred)
