Our platform, leveraging credit score analytics, ensures personalized loan options and seamless digital experiences for our customers.Roles and Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing:- Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads for personal loans.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.- Cross-sell financial products when applicable.Lead Generation and Business Development:- Build and maintain a database of customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned territory.Customer Relationship Management:- Build strong customer relationships by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.- Follow up with customers to ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.Documentation and Compliance:- Assist customers in completing applications and verifying documents for eligibility.- Ensure all sales activities adhere to the company's policies and regulatory guidelines.Target Achievement:- Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan sales targets as assigned by the company.- Track and report sales performance to the sales manager.Market Research and Intelligence:- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the financial landscape.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.- Contact Person: HR Khushboo Sahni- Timing : 10 to 7 AM.- Salary : 1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA + Incentives .- Qualification: Freshers and Experience (minimum 12th pass).- Location: E-54, Block E, Sector 3, Nearest Metro Station- Noida sector-16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301Interested Candidate please share your resume with me at 9717166132.
