We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Service Telecaller Associates (FSTA) Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO/KPO industry and a proven ability to impart knowledge effectively. Preference will be given to candidates from the Chinsurah local area. Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Financial Service Telecaller Associates.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, role-plays, and simulations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of trainees.
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telecalling and customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a trainer in the BPO/KPO industry.
Strong knowledge of financial services and telecalling processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
