This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of an organization, requiring a blend of technical accounting expertise, analytical abilities, and attention to detailKey Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate financial reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies, providing detailed explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support to auditors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial information, ensure data accuracy, and support organizational objectives.
Skills Required:
  • Financial reporting, accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Must have working exposure to onshore geographies.
  • Working knowledge of geography based reporting standards xe2x80x93 UK, US
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external parties.
