Financial Reporting Analyst:

Understanding all accounting concepts of financial reporting and analysis
Preparation of Cost Center reports (DCOS, ICOS & OPEX) for CFO and managers for effectively managing the expenses
Preparing KPI Dashboard for AP, AR, T&E, and other departments
Assisting the Finance Director on the Forecasting and Budgeting reports
Preparing overall India & US utilization reports
Reconciliation on various reports (AP Duplicate Payments, Ledger Entry Analysis and so on)
Preparation of revenue reports for CFO for identifying the project\'s efficiency.
Meet the desired SLA & productivity targets without compromising on Quality & Timeliness
Independently handle transition work from the on-shore team over skype with minimal supervision.
Flexible to Performs ad-hoc request assigned by supervisor / on-shore team as and when necessary

Preferred additional skill sets

Develop and automate business reporting, create dashboards in Power BI leveraging data from multiple sources and tools
Ability to develop mock-ups to effectively visualize and demonstrate proposed user experience
Harness creativity to render information useful in data storytelling
Experience working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sets, determining the key takeaways or action items and communicating them pictorially
