Job Summary:

As the Head of Business Development for Financial Products, you will be responsible for leading and

scaling our B2B financial products division. This strategic role requires a seasoned business

development professional with strong expertise in the financial services sector and experience in

driving partnerships and sales in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial

mindset, proven leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our financial

products footprint in the B2B market.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize market

positioning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal) to align business

strategies and achieve growth objectives.

- Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including identifying prospects, lead generation, negotiations, and

contract closures with large corporate clients.

- Establish and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability benchmarks for the financial

products division.

- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target businesses and networks to expand

client base.

- Partnership and Relationship Management:

- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance product offerings and distribution channels.

- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, providing solutions to meet evolving business needs

and ensure long-term partnerships.

- Engage with industry networks and represent the company at conferences, forums, and client

events to promote our brand and offerings.

- Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team, providing guidance,

support, and training to drive results.

- Develop KPI frameworks and regularly monitor team performance, providing feedback and

ensuring accountability.

- Market Insights & Product Innovation:

- Monitor industry and market developments to identify trends and recommend new products or

features to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with product development teams to support innovation, enhancements, and align

offerings with market demand.

- Conduct regular market analysis and reporting on competitive landscape, customer needs, and

emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree

preferred.

- Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the financial services or

fintech sector.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, partnership building, and achieving or exceeding revenue goals.

- Skills:

- Deep understanding of financial products, services, and the B2B sales landscape.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and financial modeling.
