Generate regular financial reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions for effective communication to stakeholders. Manage invoices in accounts payable, coordinating from various vendors for expenses like staff welfare, tools, professional fees, etc. -Budget Development and Management: Lead the development and management of departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives. Perform in-depth financial analysis and ownership in planning to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. -Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Communicate financial recommendations and findings to departmental heads and executive leadership an actionable manner. Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial discrepancies and assist with month, quarter, and year-end closings. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, CS/IT, or relevant field. 3-4+ years of relevant work experience as a Financial Planner or Analyst, with a focus on budgeting and financial modelling. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, and automation. Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and collating data across multiple tracks and presenting the takeaways to leadership team. Demonstrate a proven track record of working efficiently in a dynamic environment with short deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications on Financial planning (CFP) is an added advantage. Knowledge on PowerBi and tableau dashboards is an added advantage.
