As the Financial Analyst in our Corporate Investment Banking team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing annual/continual financial planning activities for product areas, providing business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analysis on product financial performance, consumption/demand planning, budgeting, billing, trends, and exception reports
• Creating the requirements for reports from P&A and driving efficiency in reporting, analytics and strategy understand and document various data sources and develop workflows for input data for dashboards using Alteryx
• Utilize data visualization software (Tableau) to enhance delivery of new and existing reporting
• Provide design, development and production support for new and existing reports delivered using various Business Intelligence tools knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
• MS Excel and MS Access may also be used in report design, development and production
• Knowledge of various BI Tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a must, Qliksense, python will be added advantage, facilitate the performance tuning of reports and timely issue resolution of these.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation wherever possible.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• B.E / MBA with 6-8 years experience or Computer Science graduate preferred
• Experience in Finance domain or BSFI industry is recommended
• Data visualization experience in Tableau, ETL experience with Alteryx
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly

• Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis teams
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
