Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite, #LI- Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports as per division\xe2\x80\x99s / function\xe2\x80\x99s request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing training to FP&A Analysts and onboarding of new employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future tax / internal / external audits and reviewsQualifications for the role

• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
• At least 4-6 year experience in Accounting and Finance with 2+ years of experience in FP&A is preferable.
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
• Basic Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP
• Thorough / detail oriented approach. Strong communication skills. Experience with MS Office
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
