:

• Reviewing and approving of complex accounting entries based on the non-standard events and accounting rules not directly described in the Desktop Procedures, but resulting from other Policies and Accounting Manuals
• Forecasting & Budgeting
• Monitoring of Period End Close progress, interacting (and escalating if required) with Clients Finance Controllers or Process Owners to ensure timely closure and reporting.
• Review of Period End Reporting packs (i.e., Trial Balance review) and its review and sign off with Clients Financial Controllers
• Review of complex and high-risk balance sheet reconciliations
• Review of operational reports from the area of expertise and adding the analytical insights to it.
• Handling of queries and escalations from Client stakeholders
• Interacting with auditors if required
• Manage the process and team through Process Health KPI lens and suggest the improvements impacting end to end processes and KPIs
• Truly end to end ownership for process and drive the transformational agenda for the Client.

Primary Skills:

• Review of financial, management and statutory reporting and adding the analytical insights to it
• Review of tax and statutory reporting
  

Secondary Skills:

• Monitoring and testing of financial controls, as per Client Controls Framework
• Act as a Controller on behalf of Client for the given scope of work, on Legal Entity Level
