Position: Financial Planning AnalystCompany Overview:Our Client is a leading FMCG company in the Gourmet Snacking industry, dedicated to providing high-quality and innovative products to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India.:As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in the financial planning and analysis process of our company. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions and drive growth. You will also be involved in the development of financial models and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts- Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement- Prepare and present financial reports and models to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and provide insights on profitability, cash flow, and other key metrics- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company's financial health and progress towards goals- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for improvements in financial processes and procedures- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/MBA preferred- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry- Strong knowledge of SAP or other financial planning softwareWhats in it for you ? - Growing Brand, Name in FMCG industry, Growth with learning.This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
