You will be working as Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - PAMA and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division. In this role you will be handling in providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and inspecting metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance. Your role: Performing inspection of business performance versus budget and forecast; benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers. Working on financial examine for various what if scenarios and inspection and the overall impact to the Divisions Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to know and inspect the drivers of financial performance and identify trends Preparing and inspecting Product / Customer profitability; preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labor hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios. Assisting forex valuations, hedging, audits and Group on special projects Performing Capital investment evaluation using NPV / IRR techniques and performing cost / benefit inspection and examine inventories. Recommending changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities Preparing and inspecting ad-hoc reports as per divisions / functions request. inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause. Ensuring processes and controls within own area of authority are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements Assisting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting. Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptionsQualifications for the role
