Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite, #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Financial Planning and Analysis in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: Handling the inspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and inspect. the drivers of financial performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing cost / benefit study and examine of inventories, NWC \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / function\xe2\x80\x99s request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptionsQualifications for the role

• 3- 5 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Thorough / detail oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English
