Responsibilities:
• Understand the approach and services offered by 1 Finance to deliver client-centric financial solutions
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial situations
• Develop customized financial plans based on a thorough understanding of the client's profile, goals, and requirements
• Monitor the progress of the client's financial plan and conduct regular meetings to review and discuss the action plan's effectiveness
• Verify and cross-check all generated financial plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, priorities, and challenges
• Create proactive reminders and nudges for clients to take necessary financial actions
• Work closely with other team members, including advisors to provide seamless service to clients
• Utilize advanced financial planning software and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of services
• Ensure all services comply with quality standards and adhere to regulatory and safety requirements
