We're seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee our financial operations, optimize processes, and contribute to our strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Oversee unlisted shares transactions and related processes
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations management
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly unlisted shares
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
