Position Overview The Sales Audit Analyst is a member of the Finance team and is responsible for reconciling sales transactions to cash and credit card receipts for all channels of the company business. The analyst monitors closely the number of unreconciled items, investigates aged items and partners with the team based in London, UK, to investigate and resolve issues. The analyst contributes to the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting and the collection of cash. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilize Trintech\'s ReconNet software to reconcile cash & credit cards between the POS, PSP Settlement, and Bank. Ensure daily IP sales, credit card , PSP & Bank data is loaded into ReconNet, perform data integrity/completeness check, and resolve any differences. Review daily cash and credit card activity and research any variances. Investigate and resolve differences. Escalate and partner with UK team when needed. Report regularly to Manager and UK team regarding potential write-offs and partner with UK team members to resolve aged differences. Identify and Report Chargeback disputes to UK team members. Ensure KPI targets are consistently being met and report on them on a regular basis to Management Research and manage the correction of any discrepancies discovered in the auditing process. Proactively identify and report possible process improvements and opportunities for automation and enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Minimum 4 years related experience in sales audit or another finance function Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft excel. Experience with Trintech ReconNet, SAP and Island Pacific is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail Critical analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team environment Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and escalate issues timely Solid knowledge of Retail & Digital business is a plus Must be able to maintain an exemplary degree of professionalism in all situations
