EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in personal finance planning, budgeEng, debt management, or financial coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess individual situaEons and develop effective financial strategies.
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and manage workload effectively.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to relevant financial regulaEons.
Language:
Very Good vocabulary in English Experience
Roles and responsibiliEes:
• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' financial situaEons, goals, and challenges.
• Develop personalized financial plans and strategies aligned with individual needs and risk tolerance.
• Educate and empower clients on key financial concepts like budgeEng, saving, debt management, and invesEng.
• Guide clients in selecEng appropriate financial products and services.
• Monitor progress and track milestones, making adjustments to the plan as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support through regular meeEngs, workshops, and resources.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, creaEng a safe and supporEve environment for open communicaEon.
• Maintain accurate records and documentaEon of client interacEons and progress.
• May also parEcipate in outreach and community engagement acEviEes to promote financial literacy.
Minimum requirement:

• Certifications in financial planning, coaching, or counseling.

• The salary ranges from 4 to 7 LPA , plus performance based incenEves.
• Some financial mentor position may require licensing or certification.
• Financial mentors may work in a variety of sedngs, such as community organizaEons, non- profit agencies, government programs, financial insEtuEons, or private pracEce. The work can be both rewarding and challenging, requiring paEence, dedicaEon, and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
