You will play an integral role in structured finance / securitisation services provided to PwC clientsSpecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:\xe2\x97\x8f Assisting during each phase of a securitisation transaction, from loan file due diligence, collateral and modelling services to post-closing, comfort services and periodic reporting;\xe2\x97\x8f Assisting in preparation of agreed-upon procedures and compiling our findings in a report ready for closing;\xe2\x97\x8f Creating independent financial models to project collateral and bond cash-flows for various debt types and related securitizations, including asset backed securities, mortgage backed securities, and collateralized loan obligations;\xe2\x97\x8f Investor reporting and ongoing deal management to provide comfort to Trustees / Bankers on the accuracy of ongoing reports provided to investors or sponsors;\xe2\x97\x8f Performing valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products;\xe2\x97\x8f Enhancing the quality of work by actively supervising and coaching others taking responsibility for the quality of work and performing a critical self-review, seeking proactively the advice of supervisors, and responding to feedback in a timely manner;\xe2\x97\x8f Building long-term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness, and the delivery of the highest quality service and work productEducation & Experience\xe2\x97\x8f Qualified CPA, CFA or a Masters degree in Finance;\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 3-5 years of structured finance-related work experience including but not limited to Transaction & Financial modelling, cash flow modelling & bond data, investor reporting and ongoing deal management and Regulation AB;\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of securitisation products such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, Agency or CLO/CDOs;\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to comprehend the various rules and terms in the governing documents and being able to model cash flows per the priority of payments clauses and other sections enlisted in the Offering memorandum;\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in MS Excel;\xe2\x97\x8f Experience of building and maintaining client relationships;\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in mentoring staff and/or managing a small team;\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to coordinate internal teams and tasks across avariety of functions;\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of VBA and Python will be an advantage;\xe2\x97\x8f Playing a role in discussions, proactively asking questions and share an informed point of viewEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
