Job Summary:

Avis Hospital is looking for Senior Finance Manager of Accounts Receivables (AR) is responsible for managing the AR team and ensuring the timely collection of payments, minimizing outstanding accounts, and optimizing the AR processes. This role involves strategic oversight of customer credit management, process improvements, reporting, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

AR Operations Management:

Lead and manage the accounts receivables team to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee the daily AR processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

Monitor and optimize the AR aging process to reduce overdue accounts and bad debts.

Establish and enforce customer credit policies, risk assessments, and credit limits.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate AR processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency, including automation and system upgrades.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement AR systems, ensure data integrity, and streamline operations.

Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly AR reports, including KPIs (e.g., DSO, collection efficiency) to senior management.

Analyze trends in receivables, customer payment behavior, and recommend strategic actions to mitigate risks.

Provide insights into cash flow forecasting and assist in liquidity management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as a point of escalation for customer accounts and resolve complex billing and collection issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of payment concerns.
