Join us today and experience Life at Visa.The Financial Data Analyst will participate in the review of business and data processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Revenue Ops operations. Key responsibilities include:\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain automation tools for revenue operational processes\xc2\xb7 Automate reporting and develop and maintain dashboards/visuals to communicate results\xc2\xb7 Transform and harmonize data across multiple data sources and formats\xc2\xb7 Maintain effective data operations for regular reporting and control processes\xc2\xb7 Prepare statistical reports for publication as well as ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.\xc2\xb7 Develop strong partnerships to drive process and system efficienciesThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics or equivalent, with at least 3 years of work experience in a data-driven or analytics-driven role
• Experience in the usage of Python or R in data-driven analytics
• Expertise in using advanced Microsoft Excel modules such as PowerQuery or VBA
• Experience in productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Excellent project and time management working as part of a Global team across multiple time zones
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a global team
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced in using SharePoint for Microsoft automated workflows and forms, including PowerAutomate and PowerApps
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, and present compelling arguments that demonstrate the value and feasibility of your proposals.
