We're Hiring! Join Our Finance Team as a Manager - Audit and GL Finance Controller in Noida

Location: Noida
Role: Manager - Audit and GL Finance Controller
CA Must to have

Role Objective:
As the Manager, you will be at the helm of our monthly closing processes and statutory audits. You'll oversee financial accounting and ensure our IND AS financials are prepared meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GL Closure and work closely with business controllers for accurate financial closing.
• Prepare and consolidate IND AS financials.
• Handle monthly and quarterly book closings, and oversee statutory and internal audits.
• Drive financial automation of reports and manage expense and GL effectively.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years in Business finance, leading finance teams in large corporates or Big 4 firms.
• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA is a must)
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and set up systems from scratch.
