Role: Financial Controller

Years of Exp: 12-18 years

Reports to: CEO

Location: Noida

Company: The group is a global leader in security solutions, offering innovative products and services to control the flow of people and to protect valuables from burglary, fire and explosion. They operate worldwide through more than 4000 employees, over 20 country locations and over 10 production facilities to serve customers in over 100 markets.

Role: The group is looking for a seasoned Financial Controller. The role will be responsible for covering financial reporting, tax compliance, AP/AR, Finance systems and Finance risk & governance.

Preference to get a senior finance leader who has:

1. International exposure, to managing different countries

2. Experience of building a teams from scratch

3. Good working Knowledge of Fund Raising, Transfer Pricing

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting

- Lead the operational governance of the Finance control environment, that relevant policies and standards are in place, strictly complied with and monitored

- Be the lead architect of the Finance systems landscape - drive the agenda, construct the business case, research, solicit buy-in, and implement

- Embed an effective partnership model with Accounting and Tax advisors to ensure in-country compliance

- Embed a partnership mindset together with in-country Finance business partners, to support all relevant project development, construction and operational needs.

- Own and lead the Finance reporting and tax calendar, ensuring activities are appropriately planned and monitored by the team

Your skills and personal traits:

- A qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA) with over 12 years\' experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading and/or building mid-sized teams

- Brings to the table thought leadership as it relates to leading a mid-sized team, covering areas such as staff retention strategies, appropriate alignment with business lines, effective outreach model etc

- Has had a strong grounding in legal entity reporting, managed tax compliance, and is able to digest and apply technical Accounting and Tax advice

- Able to participate in molding the Finance function into the desired target operating model

- Proficient in MS-Office suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
