A fast-growing B2B industrial material tech start-up is looking for future business leaders to support turbocharging our GROWTH in Indonesia. Inviting hungry and passionate high-caliber professionals to work closely with BRIK to transform the B2B Industrial Material segment.
BRIK focuses on proprietary next-generation Industrial Materials (product) development, such as green concrete and heat reduction paints, and also build 1P/ 3P distribution channel - cutting middlemen and focusing on selling B2B direct-to-user. The company is almost profitable, and is currently on expansion mode.
If you are passionate about the big old industrial sector but do not like working for corporates and are passionate about building a 21st-century startup to transform the space, this is it. Work directly with the founding member team in a fast-paced environment.

- Business minded: understood what drives a business, could prioritize projects based on what makes the business tick, and has a very good understanding of unit economics (and how to influence it based on board decisions)
- Strong understanding of financials and basic accounting: ability to be a walking financials in the office, build from a deep understanding of core accounting competency (from journal entries to TB to Balance Sheet and P/L to Cashflow)

- minimum 5 years of driving statutory audit process in large and small companies
- experience in assisting with the fundraising process (including FDD and LDD).
- good understanding of the tax system
- good understanding of the legal system (civil, criminal, corporate)
- CPA/ CIMA is a plus (not CFA)
- hungry, willing to make things better (always aim for perfection in the back office)
- will oversee back and mid office (accounting, finance, tax, legal, sales support, invoicing)
