Job Title: Financial Control ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
Maintain Financial Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Invoice Processing:

  • Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring that all details are correct and payments are made on time.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and monitor outstanding accounts, assist in issuing reminders for overdue payments, and follow up with clients or vendors as necessary.
Data Entry:Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 xe2x80x93 6 Yrs experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
