Job Title Financial Analyst JOB PURPOSE: Seeking a driven, career focused finance professional to join the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finance team as a Financial Analyst. This individual will help support the over $50M Payment Processing and Tech core businesses through a combination of required finance activities and comprehensive financial analysis to improve leadership decision making. The primary focus of this role is to help perform critical finance activities and analysis to drive profitable business growth through a combination of detailed financial review, enhanced financial reporting and insightful analysis. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis including running critical financial reports, preparing appropriate variance analysis and evaluation of metrics for internal review and action. Reporting and analysis includes the month end close, periodic forecasts, quarterly financial workbooks, periodic business reviews, annual operating plan, budget and other ad hoc deliverables
• Review and summarize key expenses such as compensation, direct costs, third party spend, capitalization rates, and other expenses to provide insight as to the nature and type of spend, expense trends and corresponding revenue lift, where applicable
• Review client invoices to ensure proper application of established pricing schedules contained in new and renewal client contracts. Partner with finance and relationship management team to work through exceptions and correct future application of pricing, if needed
• Other responsibilities as determined

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Strong organization skills to facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment while responding quickly to management requests
• Proficiency with Excel is required. SAP, SAP BPC, and S4 HANA knowledge is a bonus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as a team member

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance or Accounting required. 7+ years of applicable finance/accounting experience
