Purpose of the Job

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring general accounting practices, assisting in the budgeting process and tracking, developing appropriate internal controls, evaluating, implementing, configuring, and deploying scalable financial systems and processes.
Primary Responsibilities
----------------------------
• Lead and perform system evaluation and/or audit business process as a part ICFR assessment.
• Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
• Should have good exposure to Accounts Payable, GL Accounting ( R2R) , processes for Month close ,Qtr Close and Year close.
• Participates in Statutory Audit and special projects. Must have exposure to IndAS and at least managed 1-2 years of reporting under IndAS
• Assists in transfer price compliance
• Manage response to tax litigation with help from advisors (Internal and external)
• Independently manage annual Tax and other Local compliances
• Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts.
• Oversee monthly financial activities and reporting, including income and other taxes.
• Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data and revenue.
• Should have experience working in Oracle Nestuite or similar accounting systems Handling various Automation projects and taking the lead to complete it.
Academic qualification

Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
Desired: Certified Chartered Accountant / Public Accountant/ MBA Finance
Industry Experience
Relevant: 3 - 6 years
