- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Expert in tax regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Specialized in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance activities, including tax filings, audit trails, and compliance reports.
- Knowledge in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure adherence to industrystandards and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data and ensure precision in reporting.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
