• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.
• Gather and analyze financial data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Create financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
