For more information: .Exp. required:- 3-5 YrsManage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Perform variance analysis between Budget, Current and Previous financials.Escalates any financial issues to management.Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.Presents detailed monthly financial reports.Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.To work with multiple PMO\'s to review the financials with detailed analysis.Requirement :A bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, finance, accountingMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysisCommunicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.Builds strong working relationships.Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Expert level knowledge and experience in Excel.Experience working in financials tools like EMP, SBO etc is plus.
