Description & RequirementsEmployee would be part of transaction processing operations within F&A, would be part of on one of the domains such as AP or AR or GL. Would be trained on various activities as part of Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations set-in place from time to time. Perform a variety of specialized duties that are assigned as part of the Domain.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)
  • Updating respective trackers timely and accurately
  • Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency
  • At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar.
  • Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic.
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Quick Learner & Self-Starter - Push Vs. Pull Factor
  • Effective Time Management - Ability to operate well in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.
  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
  • Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
  • Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Infor product knowledge a plus, but not required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Fresher's - B. Com. / BBA
