:You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Finance. You have found the right team.As a Financial Analysis professional in our Corporate & Investment Banking, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firmJob Responsibilities:

• Manage CIB forecasting, planning and articulation of results. This includes partnering across all CIB sub lines of business to ensure lines of business (\xe2\x80\x9cLOB\'s\xe2\x80\x9d) produce forecasts that align to latest corporate and business level objectives.
• Deep diving and building detailed understanding of internal systems (Wholesale Client Profitability) to calculate and analyze client level capital allocations and ROE trends and compare them against the CIB trends to identify the gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc requests around growth initiatives as well as investor day and press release presentations.
• Prepare, consolidate, review and analyze a number of key financial activities including, but not limited to: budget and mid-year forecast, financial updates for the Board, Operating Committee and Regulators, quarterly earnings, spot & average balance sheet, Net Interest Income (NII) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) analytics and analyzing business performance drivers
• Execute the above processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meeting deliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars
• Analyze line of business (LOB) business models, earnings sensitivities, and strategic initiatives to enable better understanding of individual LOB financial results
• Lead additional one-off and repeatable analyses as required by senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 8+ years professional experience in handling large amount of data, analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers
• Previous experience in a finance / planning role in banking or financial services strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
• Experience in the consolidation, review, analysis and presentation of financials
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure
• Self-starter who is driven to excel in all aspects of their role and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary
